Weight Watchers Cheesy Chili-Mac I made this and loved it. The only hard part was eating just one portion. Think next time I will freeze into several small batches so there is never a huge bowl of it in my fridge.
CHICKEN APPLE WRAPS 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken breast 3 Tbls chopped Fuji apple 2 Tbls chopped black or red grapes 2 Tbls Crunchy Peanut Butter 1 Tbls lite mayo (or greek yogurt) 2 tsp honey Iceberg lettuce Chop chicken meat and fruit, mix in bowl. Mix in peanut butter, mayonnaise honey. Spoon into open lettuce leaf, roll serve
