oven fajitas. Very good!!! I marinated everything in a ziplock and added the juice of a lime. Mixed up a bit more seasoning and added to baking dish. Also used instead of of oil and a bit of water. Next time I& just make 1 and the mix and call it good. :)
I went through a major bruschetta phase and tried many many recipes until I found the perfect one. This was originally Guy Fieris but is slightly adapted to my taste after making it about a billion times. Cookingt time is marinating time.
