    Cauliflower puree. Take ¼ head of cauliflower per person, and steam until nice and soft. Add to a food processor with 1 tsp olive oil or organic butter + 1 tbsp thick greek yoghurt (per ¼ cauliflower serve). Blend until smooth. Season with nutmeg, cumin, salt and cracked pepper to taste.
