    Best Inner Thigh workout ever!... NO JOKE. Don't be intimidated by the title "advanced workout" just try a couple reps, and you will definitely feel it the next day... you can use a chair/coffee table/stool instead of the dip station.

    For a beginner, I might say 2 sets of 30 reps… this one really burns, so you have to have strong legs/butt muscles for it.
