Cinnamon Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding. I make it with homemade strained almond milk. Sugar Free and indulgent using stevia. YUM!
Chocolate Chia Seed Puddingi - high in protein and fiber and so many different vitamins including B vitamins and minerals such as phosphorus, manganese, and zinc. They are a good source of calcium and omega 3 fatty acids which we could all get more of. - So good for you, guilt free dessert - almost like eating all vegetables.
Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding.1 1/4 cups lite coconut milk (or any type milk will do...it's the seeds that turn it to pudding) 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup chia seeds. Mix and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
I LOVE chia pudding! And what can be easier than throwing a few chia seeds into a mason jar with some fresh fruit and almond milk and giving it a good shake!
