Filet de Bœuf Béarnaise....components good but personally I do not like stacked foods. My other personal opinions follow. A filet with Béarnaise sauce is superb! Asparagus, shiitake mushrooms on the side with the sauce would be good too. The heirloom tomatoes on the side would be fine as well. Underneath it would just make the dish a juicy watery dish.
