    I partially agree with this. As a photographer, I will say yes of course there must be creativity involved and an eye for the right things, but an amazing camera, lens and editing tools really does make a photo! When the quality of the photo is better, the photo is better! But an amazing camera also won't produce amazing pictures if the person behind the camera lacks passion and creativity!
