83-Year-Old Yogi Teaches 11 Yoga Classes Week. Wow!

89 years old Yoga Teacher. I always said I never wanted to live to be old... but if I'd be able to do this, I'd be willing to live a long life. Should probs work on getting there though...

I'm NOT implying that a women needs to weigh 120 lbs...that's no where near realistic for some people...but it is about health and longevity and the damage obesity causes. Look at the size of the intestines and stomach; how the knee joints rub together; and the enlarged heart. Not good.
