Salted Peanut Butter Cups - Turned out perfectly. I used regular old ingredients, nothing vegan or gluten free, all turned out well. Tip: Dont put too much of the pb mixture in the cup. The weight of the chocolate will cause it to overflow the paper cup. Huge hit! The sea salt is the kicker!

Frozen banana bites. My spin on it: 2 Bananas cut into 1" bites, 1/3 c chocolate chips, 1/4 c peanut butter, sprinkles of coconut. Microwave choc. chip and peanut butter 1 mintute. Add bananas & stir until coated. Place bites on parchment paper. Spoon any remaining choc. mixture onto bites. Sprinkle with coconut. Freeze about an hour. Quick & tasty!
