    Classroom Freebies: Monster Themed Behavior Coupons Freebie. Positive reinforcement works SO MUCH better for my guy than always pointing out the negatives! But you HAVE to be alert for those positive behaviors and NOTICE them. I think most teachers don't have the energy for that; It's much easier to hand out negative consequences to try to change behavior than it is to make a point of recognizing good behaviors.
