Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup 1 pkg (9 ozs) cheese tortellini 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) tomato soup 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth 2 cups half-and-half cream 1 tsp onion powder 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried basil 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.Combine the soup, broth, half and half and seasonings. Heat over med heat for approximately 10 mins, stirring frequently. Add tortellini. Stir in cheese.
