Stuck in a dorm room or just too lazy to push that couch out of the way? Here’s a workout that doesn’t require a lot of space.
Lie on back and bring heels together with feet flexed, knees open to the sides. Lift head and shoulders off the floor and reach both arms by hips, off the floor. Press out through heels and extend legs straight at a 45-degree angle, squeezing inner thighs together. Brace abs in tight, and lower legs as far down as possible without arching lower back. Lift legs back to 45-degree angle, and then bend knees back into start position (keeping head lifted the entire time). That’s 1 rep. Repeat 15x
Muffin Topless Workout: 50 jumping jacks 5 burpees 30 seconds of mountain climbers 5 jump squats 30 seconds of jump rope 10 push ups 30 second break Repeat this 3-5 times (adjust according to fitness level.. you may need to do less or you may be able to do more
Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home
