Simply slice a lemon and with a few leaves of sage place it in the cavity of your chicken before you roast it. Slice finely a couple of cloves of garlic and push it under the skin of the breast. Plenty of salt and pepper. Roast with about 3 whole garlic cloves and couple of onions unpeeled as well, makes fantastic gravy! :)"
