Grilled Picnic Taco Nachos take about 2 minutes to throw together, seal with foil and toss them on the grill. Excellent for entertaining - make up extra trays beforehand so they're ready to go. Serve with sour cream and guacamole. ♥ Betty Crocker

I am totally doing this- make nachos in a big aluminum pan - cover and put on weber grill or a grill over a fire, let melt, eat and then throw away pan when done!

Grilled Steak Nachos...made this, and OH IS IT TO DIE FOR. The steak marinade truly is the best I have EVER eaten. And the salsa recipe--amazing. The cheese sauce didn't turn out for me, but I'm not claiming to be perfect. BEST EVER.

Sour Cream Chicken - My review: this is a keeper recipe. Easy and fast to make. Only substiution I made is to use crushed french fried onions instead of the croutons (I didn't have any). I also just melted the butter and drizzled it over the crumbs (faster than "dotting" with butter). We liked the French fried onions so much that I'm unsure if we'll try it with the croutons :)
