Don't waste $ on expensive 'crackle finish' paints, good ol' white school glue works! Instructions: 1.Paint wood surface with base coat paint and allow to dry thoroughly. 2.Brush White Glue on top of base coat. (A thicker coat results in larger cracks - apply a thinner coat for fine cracks.) 3.While glue is tacky, brush on top coat. 4.Dry completely. This is a great tutorial on how to paint, distress & use wax. It's obvious that green is a favorite of Trish, but grey is pulling through as a top contender in the mix...It's seems to be as neutral as the browns, beige and tans have been for years!!! It obviously goes with all the beautiful blues from Annie Sloan, but using it with green simply shows off it's vibrance and beauty as well
