Regular Pancake Recipe, then make CINNAMON FILLING: 1/2 cup butter, melted 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon CREAM CHEESE GLAZE: 4 Tablespoons butter 2 ounces cream cheese 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. make each in seperate bowls, put cinnamon mix in a bag and cut a whole in the corner. drizzle over pancake and once cooked cover in the glaze goodness.
Blueberry Oatmeal Yogurt Pancakes...I had a craving for blueberry pancakes this morning and whipped these up. Of course I had to make them even healthier...I added a couple table spoons of chia seeds and a scoop of vanilla protein powder (next time I'll skip the sugar). They were amazing! Freezing the leftovers for breakfasts this week.
