Soooooo good. Curried vegetable and chick pea stoup. Make again. used 2 sweet potatoes, only 5 oz spinach, and cooked on low for 8 hrs. Ohhhh and I skipped the prep on the stove part.... Just put it all in the crockpot raw. Served over orzo.
Let the slow cooker do all the work and have a hot meal waiting for you at the end of a long day.
Slow Cooker Irish Beef Stew. Found this through another pin but thought it deserved its own. Made it last night and was very pleased with the results. Slight modification for next time - dredge meat in flour prior to browning to create a thicker stew.
