Soooooo good. Curried vegetable and chick pea stoup. Make again. used 2 sweet potatoes, only 5 oz spinach, and cooked on low for 8 hrs. Ohhhh and I skipped the prep on the stove part.... Just put it all in the crockpot raw. Served over orzo.
