"Wheres The Crust" Pizza This pizza is low-carb and gluten free. The "crust" is made with cream cheese, eggs and parmesan cheese.  It doesn't sound like it would work, but it does.  You can make the crust ahead of time if you are pressed for time.  It can be stored in the refrigerator or in the freezer.

    Made these tonight and wasn't impressed at all :( It was really eggy tasting. Maybe I did something wrong, but I wouldn't make these again.

    I tried them again after your post Jen. I reduced the eggs from 4 to 2 eggs. I didn't find the 4 eggs too terribly eggy but wanted to see what 2 would do and found that they didn't get as tall as with 4 eggs but they were still very, very good tasting. Also, I did make sure the eggs were at room temperature before I used them, both ways, using 4 eggs and also for the 2 egg version. I read that they behave better in recipes and lose some of the eggy taste and texture

    I agree on the eggy taste. Was about to give up, too, but I'll try them again with less eggs and eggs at room temp.

    I'll just add that I make this all the time and the egg taste goes away if you let them cool completely. I want to try to make a sweet version of this soon!
