Guys--don't forget the simple things! Ironed shirts and jeans/slacks, a nice watch, and a nice pair of clean shoes go a long way. This photo is a good example, just because you're wearing jeans doesn't mean you should be wearing your nikes ;)

5 lbs of fat next to 5 lbs of muscle. Now THAT's Inspiration! And....this certainly explains that stat that says that 2/3's of Americans are overweight and half of those are obese....little muscle and lots of fat.
