Small changes...also eat of a salad plate ,you serving only needs to be ask big as your fist.And eat small portions every 2 hours to keep your blood sugar staple.You need to work out for 40 min at least to lose weight ,workout(sweaty).If you have a craving for some only eat as much as you need to kill that craving.Plus don't trink sugar drinks. Get myself and kids ready. Off to school, commute, work, commute, make dinner, laundry, help with homework, clean up...my daily routine. Workout at night? Love to, but having down time with my kids is important and they miss me. SO...I will have to start switching my routine to the mornings, and that is hard. Hoping with all my might that I can do it without the nausea.
