Avacado cilantro pizza, I am an avacado addict and this sounds wonderful

Egg drop breakfast. Saute onions and tomatoes, add ham or bacon, salt and pepper, grated cheese. Put in ramekin. Crack an egg on top. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. I tried these the other day and they were awsome . Good for a bunch of people becaue they cook at the same time. (It's like having an individual omlet!) - sub veggies - vegetarian

I've been slowly (and sneakily) trying to incorporate more Vegan meals into the rotation without the boy noticing. If he did - he'd refuse to eat.
