Green Apple, Pumpkin, and Quinoa Smoothie: 1-2 servings 1 1 1/2 cups pumpkin, sweet potato, butternut squash puree 1/2 cup cooked quinoa 1 granny smith apple, cored,roughly chopped 2 tbsp hemp seeds 1 3/4–2 cups almond milk (adjust to be more like pudding, or smoothie) Handful spinach (optional) 1-2 pitted dates (optional,1 is probably good to achieve the right level of sweetness) Place all in a high speed blender and blend on high till smooth and creamy!
