Homemade Brownie Mix

Never buy boxed brownie mix again! So simple, so easy. Not just frugal but cuts out the unknown ingredients. Brownie Mix $0.30 /mix. 1 Cup Sugar, 1/2 Cup Flour, 1/3 Cup Cocoa, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Baking Powder. Add: 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 teaspoon Vanilla. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Chocolate Milk Brownies 2 c sugar 2 c flour 1 1/2 c chocolate Nesquik 4 eggs 1 c butter, softened 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/4-1/2 c. milk chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and salt, mix until combined. Add flour and chocolate Nequik, stir just until combined. Spread into a 9x13 greased pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 30 minutes (this recipe can be halved and put into an 8x8)

I love angel food cake and I love lemon bars. . .this is perfect Two ingredient Lemon Bars. 1 box angel food cake mix 2 cans lemon pie filling (the recipe originally called for only 1 can) Mix dry cake mix and cans of pie filling together in large bowl (I just mixed it by hand) Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until top is starting to brown.

2 ripe bananas, 1 cup quick oats, choc chips (I used 1/2 cup & it's kind of a lot -- use your judgment) mix well, plop spoonfuls onto baking sheet, bake at 350 for 15 mins. Delicious!

Would like to try this: The most awesome breakfast cookie ever - and no flour, no sugar, no dairy. 1.5 cups of oats, 2-3 super ripened bananas,1 cup of unsweetened applesauce, a handful of craisins, and asprinkle of cinnamon. Just throw everything together, mix it up pretty well, throw it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes and then go to town! Great and super healthy
