The dress, modelled by American Jessica Pitti, was so heavy it required three adults to move it.    The multi-coloured jelly sweets were "painstakingly glued on by hand" to the dress base, which comprised steel wire and vinyl sheets.    The pattern was inspired by Alexander McQueen's own design.
