1 5-pound whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces, whole


2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Mexican oregano, dried
1 tsp Onion powder
5 Pasilla chiles
2 1/2 cups White onion

Canned Goods

1 1/2 cups Chicken broth, low sodium homemade or store-bought


1 8-ounce can Tomato sauce

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 3.2-ounce disk Mexican chocolate
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Sesame seeds, Toasted
