If they are girls! I probably could do the same thing for boys just less pink and girly frills.

Elephants and alphabets "We wanted to add interest by mixing various patterns in the fabrics…two different fabrics with dots and a playful floral fabric dressed the backdrop and tabletop. White & pewter DIY tissue poms were hung from the ceiling by ribbon for some pretty visual texture." if we choose fabric could it them be used to make pillows or something for the nursery?

Baby shower idea.. Guess the baby's birthday! Great way to replace a guest book. We did this with cut out stickers of a pacifier, rattle, and a cupcake. Each person placed the sticker on the date they predicted and signed their name. Cute idea. Mom-to-be loved it. Cute to put in a scrapbook too!

For a girl, some sort of similar decoration as this (soft pink), nix the bird theme and do a soft or muted zebra addition (world market may have something). This way it could go off the zebra and pink theme that B loves but it wouldn't feel provocative or enticing- since it's for a baby not for to make a baby
