      Healthy, quick breakfast: Peanut Butter Banana and oatmeal squares --one bar is 128 calories & 5 grams of protein. ~ Rating: A- These were pretty delicious and mine came out very cake-like instead of crunchy. I omitted the brown sugar completely and just used 1 tsp of stevia. They were just sweet enough for us and I topped the kids' with a bit of jam for PB & J baked oatmeal bars! They loved them. Hint for the banana - if you heat it up a bit in the microwave it is MUCH easier to mash.
