|2 cups||Granny smith apples|
|1 sprig||Thyme, fresh|
|1/2 cup||Chicken broth or chicken stock, reduced-sodium|

|1 tbsp||Sugar and spice rub|
Oils & Vinegars
|5 tsp||Canola oil|
Beer, Wine & Liquor
|1/4 cup||White wine, dry|

Pork Chops with Onion Gravy~I would start the gravy for the chops earlier that what the directions say. Be ready to pour the gravy in at about four to five minutes before they are done or about 155 on the thermometer. If you follow the directions you will end up with dry chops and nobody likes dry meat.
Coconut Pork Chops with Pineapple Salsa - this recipe is surprisingly simple and a 'company-worthy' dish. Lovely mix of flavors.
