5 slices Ginger
1 Green bell pepper, small
1/4 Onion

Condiments

1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
3/4 tsp Soy sauce

Baking & Spices

1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Corn starch
1 Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
3 dashes White pepper

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Sesame oil

Nuts & Seeds

1/2 cup Cashew nuts, unsalted

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1 tsp Rice wine

Liquids

3 tbsp Water

TO TENDERIZE CHICKEN Baking soda serves two purposes: to rid the chicken of any potential smell (I am sure you have had bad experiences eating chicken with a foul chicken-y odor, to tenderize the meat.
