Cook bacon and sear shrimp separately. Heat a pot, add onions and sauté. Add garlic, paprika, red pepper, salt and pepper. Sauté. Add corn and toss. Add stock and cream. Ladle soup into a blender and pulse until creamy. Pour back into the pot and stir to combine.Serve chowder with shrimp and bacon.
