Richard Bell the artist posted this on Facebook. The next time you see someone sad or hurting try smiling. Try something to help others. Been there and a little compassion makes the darkness go away sometimes. Judge not lest you be judged by not only God but people around you.

Having depression often leads to the spiral of self doubt and not caring for your health. Feelings that you failed and are weak and alone. This is a reminder that I am not a failure nor weak!

Let's all work together to reduce social stigma around mental illness.
