Produce

2 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp Italian parsley, fresh
1 1/2 lbs Red-skinned sweet potatoes, medium
1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh
1 tbsp Sage, fresh
1 tbsp Thyme, fresh
1 1/2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, medium

Baking & Spices

3/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 1/2 tsp Sea salt, fine

Dairy

1/4 cup Butter
1 1/4 cups Gruyere cheese, packed
2 cups Heavy whipping cream
