Made (8-17-12): Homemade pesto. 4 batches of the Ball Blue Book recipe for pesto; there was actually enough to freeze about a gallon! :D My frustration is that I couldn't find a recipe for canning. In fact, everyone recommended NOT to can pesto because of garlic breeding botulism (?). Anyway, I used 4 cloves of garlic per batch, as all recipes suggested.
