Sopapilla Cheesecake - Spread 1 can crescent rolls on bottom of pan. Combine 2 pks. of softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread mixture over crescent rolls. Unroll and spread another can of crescent rolls over mixture. Spread 1/4 cup melted butter over top, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes.
