This 65 page printable packet is a workbook to be used to teach Modern (D’Nealian) cursive handwriting. The packet contains the alphabet, full written sentences for each letter, cursive numbers, written days of the week, months of the year and various side activities such as flash cards, posters and a "first paragraph written in cursive" page. This packet can be used with any grade level from 2nd or above as a way of learning cursive or as handwriting practice.
In elementary school it was a requirement to learn how to write in cursive. It was neccesary to learn because of how many times you have to use your signature the older you get. It come in handy because of how neat it is if your teacher want a handwritten assignment.

Cursive Skeleton! Fold the paper in half long-ways to center work. Open paper and with chalk have students write their names in cursive on one side of the paper. Then have students fold paper and rub. Outline their cursive names on both sides, along with half a head, leg, and arm. Fold paper, rub and then re-trace.Prefect for writing, science, and math!
