Amazing recipes: Snickerdoodle muffins - these are amazing!!! A little more work than I prefer for muffins but they are so worth it. I didn't roll in the cin-sugar - I sprinkled a little into each empty liner then generously sprinkled the tops. Definitely need to use a full rounded cupcake scoop, they could have been bigger (I got 26). I also used 1/2 whole wheat flour. SO good.
