For some reason we tell ourselves (or at least I do) that it's pointless for me to exercise unless I can do it for my hour long stretch at the gym. But that's so wrong! I don't have time to workout for an hour and a half at the gym in the morning, but I CAN jump out of bed and do this, and hit the gym later. YES!!!

P.S. Read an article today about nitrates in foods reducing oxygen expenditure in exercise which lets you work longer at your max. Spinach and beets have a lot of nitrates. If you were curious.

Some short morning workouts for when you forgot to set the timer on your coffee maker. All bodyweight exercises that don’t require much space, so you can even do them in a dorm room! Morning workout routine - I am not a morning person for sure! The only way to get me up and running is forcing myself to stretch and workout on my floor mat before breakfast. This workout is additional with my weekly x3 cardio and x3 weight training!

I need this taped up to my mirror. Especially for those days when I want to talk myself out of working out which is often.

Do every morning before you leave the house. It will start you off with more energy & you'll lose weight! Double score!! Note to self this ones better the other one I do!
