Mini baked taco bowls: I tried these without the queso dip and used very thin tortilla wraps instead of wonton wrappers (folded twice for a thicker cup before pushed into the muffin tin). Since the ground beef was leftovers from a previous taco dinner, I threw it on the folded wraps, with salsa and cheddar cheese on top. It only needed to be baked for about 8-10 minutes before I took it out and served with avocado chunks on top. So easy and incredibly delicious!!
