I gave up trying to do lengthy workout videos long ago, and the gym hasn’t been much of a thought since my first baby arrived . These days, I’ve got four kids around, at least one or two of whom have radar for when my feet hit the floor each morning. In other words, it’s hard to find the time to workout, even if I wake up early. I've learned to use short but effective workouts to stay fit with a busy lifestyle.
