      Recipe: Pork Carnitas Tacos with Tomatillo Salsa: The pork is done in the crock pot and the salsa can be easily made in advance (I made it the night before), so this makes for an easy dinner! I had never made a tomatillo salsa before but it was SUPER easy and tastes GREAT! (I also made her whole wheat tortillas to go with..so good!)
