I used a black contour marker for glass and porcelain. The tip is 1-2 mm thick and the color is very opaque. The hard part is to be steady at hand, but like I mentioned earlier, I actually prefer when it looks handmade. Let your decorated porcelain dry for 4 hours and then be cured in the kitchen oven at 160°C for 90 minutes, to be dishwasher safe. Do you remember the bowls I painted last winter? They still look as nice! :)

DIY Stenciled Animal Mugs: Use dishwasher safe PermEnamel paint. This would be fun to do with flower stencils I think and maybe on something other than just glasses like a vase or something.
A sharpie (any color) + A porcelain dish(You can even use super cheap mugs from the dollar store!) Just draw and bake it for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow them to cool completely before washing or using.
Painted Porcelain Mugs: All you need is mugs and a porcelain marker. Draw your design, then while it's still wet use a wet paper towel to wipe away errors. After a drying time of 4 hours, cure at 160°C in a non-preheated kitchen oven for 30 minutes.
