This "I'm done..." board is a great way to remind students of their choices once they have completed the current activity. By having this posted as a bulletin board or poster within the room, students would have a visual reminder of the acceptable options they have while awaiting transition to the next activity. This procedure would help maintain order as well as keep faster students busy.

Early Finishers and What To Do... I like the idea of "levels" like a game, maybe they can unlock achievement badges or something!

Changeto things they can do at home when they have some down time. No more trying to think of things for them to do they can just look at this.

Early Finisher activities - Put this in a ziplog bag and make one for each student as an early finish go to assignment. Have them keep the assignments in the ziplog bag for safe keeping. When they complete a row, column, or diagonal REWARD!

Writing Station Bingo : It's actually something that I send home with my kids. They color in a box (or have their parents initial) when an activity is completed. Once it's filled out, either 5-in-a-row or the entire paper, they turn it in.
