Years ago before the my two oldest kids were small, someone shared an ingenious pattern of making a skeleton out of 4 litre milk jugs and we spent a Saturday building it for halloween.

How to make a milk jug skull.  When finished, paint with glow paint and you have inexpensive glowing skulls. If placing on a wall, you probably don't need the back of the skull and if careful, can get 2 skulls per jug.A 7-ounce can of Rust-Oleum Glow-in-the-Dark Brush-on Paint is 7.79 at most stores.
