This is so disgusting, that after seeing, I stood up and did 10 jumping jacks, to try to free myself of the image. I will definitely be doing more workouts in the future. I know I'm closer to the weight of the 120lb woman, but I certainly don't need to gain any more weight.

5 lbs of fat next to 5 lbs of muscle. Now THAT's Inspiration! And....this certainly explains that stat that says that 2/3's of Americans are overweight and half of those are obese....little muscle and lots of fat.

Looking at this every time I forget how far I've come on this weight loss journey! Each pound that has gone away is me reclaiming a little bit more of who God made me to be--a healthy, amazing, beautiful woman that He is crazy about. I had forgotten this little piece of wisdom at the end of last year.
