Braille Staple revolutionizes the way deaf-blind communicate with the world

The Braille Stapler marks a revolutionary makeover of the device by combining Braille board and Braille printer into single unit, thereby turning an otherwise difficult, slow and portable something into easy, quick and portable everything.

This is the first Braille writer on which I learned to braille.  It was the only one for a long time. The Perkins Brailler was invented in 1951  at the famous Perkins School for the Blind by teacher David Abraham.

This seems like a genius design especially when coupled with other locating tools for the visually impaired.  The dots raise around the tool to represent streets and buildings around the user.  It might take some getting used to and of course this device would not be specific enough to replace a walking stick but the idea is cool.  It's fairly small so i don't think it would be that noticeable and easily carried.
