Almond Joy Balls 3.5 oz sweetened coconut flakes, 5 oz sweetened condensed milk, a pinch of salt, 8 oz dark chocolate, to coat, roasted almonds Combine coconut, milk & salt. Refrigerate 20 min to harden. Roll into balls (or cut into pieces), and freeze 15-30 min. Melt chocolate. Dip coconut balls into chocolate and top with an almond. Let chocolate harden & enjoy!
