    Lamb Osso Buco with Creamy Polenta: Ingredients ― lamb shanks; olive oil; onion; carrots; celery; garlic; tomato paste; red wine; chicken stock; rosemary; thyme; salt; pepper. Instructions ― Season and sear the lamb; remove; set aside. Sauté onions; add carrots and celery; stir; add garlic and tomato paste; stir. Deglaze with red wine. Add chicken stock; stir. Return lamb shanks to pot; add rosemary and thyme; cover; transfer to oven; cook. Serve over polenta. #Lamb #OssoBuco #Polenta
