Pop them in the oven at 350 (or around there) for 4-5 minutes. They will look shiny but they will still look like a rolo they shouldn't melt all over the place. Take them out of the oven and place a pecan on top of each rolo.
The best icing for sugar cookies. It hardens nicely so you can stack cookies. Add different extracts to change flavors. ***1 cup powder sugar (confectioners sugar) **1 tablespoon milk ** 1 tablespoon light corn syrup ** 1 drop lemon juice. This will outline and fill approximately one dozen cookies in one color. @Susan V
