I never knew... Cover each potato in aluminum foil and place in a crock-pot. Easy way to have baked potatoes ready when you get home from work! Cook on low for about eight hours. Place potatoes,onions, and garlic into slow cooker and fill with water till it covers the potatoes completely. Cook on high till potatoes are fork tender (3-4 hours). Remove water. Add salt, butter, pepper, rosemary and mix Top with Parmesan Cheese and Enjoy!
