Old church pew... What a fun idea for an entry way. Love the photos and coat hooks on the wall behind.

Church Pew & Big Hooks. Neat idea for an entry way or a mud room!

Re-purposed church pew. Great for entry way and can serve as extra seating. Artwork on floating shelf above but I'd skip the coat rack unless I had a mudroom or use this at the back entry way.

Entryway bench idea. For someday if I inherit Grandma and Poppa's old church pew. :)

Pretty and inviting:) This pin gave me the idea (event hough it's not actually part of the space) to do a sign facing you when you come in my front door that says "hello and welcome" and one facing you when you leave that says "Goodbye, come back soon!"

Cute idea to put kiddie chalkboard in entryway for Welcome sign. Love striped rug , white floors, big baskets, and letter "H"

I love the darker mantlepiece above the white bench. Pegs in the same stain unify the look. Bench would have to have storage cubbies underneath to be useable.

Love the (DIY!) bench, but especially the space as a whole. Everything you need when leaving for the day or coming home.@ AJ

this is kind of how I see the little entry way - tiny, but with board and batten

La Dolce Vita: House Tour: Lauren Gelb Weisbarth - love the millwork and ceiling paint.

ME: Mud room - i like! THEM: Because orange can be too intense on its own, Berman added blue accents in the mudroom. "It's such a welcoming color. Orange feels like a younger, fresher version of red," she says. "But it can be a hot color, and I needed a little bit of cool as balance, to cut through the heat." Wall color is Benjamin Moore’s Fresno. Anchor pillow by Jonathan Adler.

Entry-love the height of the beadboard; exactly what I want to do in my entry.

Key-hole storage bench by back door, built around window, that could be fastened when in place but moveable....idea for doug to build...
